Kyber → Cybernetics → Cyber
Before “cybersecurity” came cybernetics: the study of communication and control in living things and machines. Its name traces to the Greek kybernētēs, meaning “steersman,” and kybernan, “to steer or guide.” Today’s “cyber” grew from cybernetics.
Kyber in our name draws on those roots: helping you steer toward informed cybersecurity decisions.
